剧情简介
帕克是荷兰出生的敢作敢为骗子，从未成为美国公民，并获得了“上校”的荣誉称号。50年代中期，当他遇到猫王时，还是一名苦苦挣扎的音乐经理，并被他的才华所折服(当时猫王还不到18岁)。在两年的时间里，他贿赂了猫王生命中所有其他经纪人和经理人，把自己塑造成独家代表，之后引导猫王走上了全国舞台，并帮助他成为美国人从未见过的人物。
